Thought the communication of updates took too long and were vague / incomplete early on. 6 days to diagnose a thermostat issue, get parts and complete repair seemed a bit excessive. Fortunately I am retired and had a second car. If I was working this would have been a hardship being without a vehicle for more than a week. I will say the repairs seem to have taken care of the problem. Just have typically had better response with other service teams I have used. Felt the experience was a little below average.

The communication and customer service was a great experience. They were not pushing and took their time to explain in details about the whole process and they understood my needs.
