The sales rep Derek was awesome. He was very personable, professional, understandable, and helpful. The only issue I had with my service was that the technician did not update the online information until my vehicle was done. I did not wait onsite, so I was frustrated most of the day with concern that my car had not even been looked at. However, it turned out that the technician did not fill in the blanks. Also, to mention the shuttle driver was very nice and even played kids songs, since I had my 7-year-old with me. It was a nice touch.
