My daughter is hours away at college and her car started experiencing issues. The car was several hours away from our home dealership in Grand Rapids. I called multiple Volkswagen dealerships in East MI and Ohio and they were booked for weeks. Farmington figured out a way to get her car in that day for diagnosis and repair. We had to travel from West Michigan and they delivered on their ability to help us in a bind. So appreciative of them going above and beyond to help my daughter out.
