Michael was VERY helpful, as was his counterpart -- I think Kendrick -- not sure of his name. They got me in and out, explained everything well, and arranged my transportation while I was without my vehicle. Both gentlemen were very pleasant.

After the completeion of the job the car has not been delivered smoothly. In an earlier visit - we could not find easily where the car had been parked. This we were wating for the car however some one was taking long time to park it and then let us know. At all other delarship after the job completetion this car is broght back at the door of the garage or at the front door makes it much convenient.
