My car broke down on the side of the road, I was having to towed to another location but they couldn’t look at my car until 1/7. Farmington hills said they could look at it on 12/31. It is a out 20 minutes further but I had my car towed to Farmington hills They looked at it a day early Mikey kept close contact with every step of the process and the shop guy who frequently stays late stayed late to fix my car and I picked it up 12/31 Thank you all so much!

Mikey in the Service Department was friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made sure all of the issues I was having with my car were addressed. He also made sure that I had transportation to and from the dealership.
