The experience was very good, the service advisor was very knowledgeable and clearly had a passion for the brand and its products. The waiting area was okay, I appreciated the amenities of snacks and hot drinks but seating was a bit limited. The main drawback for me was how long the service took (more than an hour) for a basic oil change and that I didn't receive any estimate on how long it might take when dropping my vehicle off.
