    I’ve owned other automobile brands and Suburban VW of Farmington Hills has been consistent in delivering the best customer service care for me. From the time I schedule my appointment, my arrival, to my departure. I tend to schedule early appointments and my positive experience certainly set the tone for my entire day.

    I had a terrible experience with the service team at Suburban VW Farmington Hills. I had my atlas in for a failure and received little to no communication from the team over a period of more than 3 weeks while it was assessed and repaired.

    Thought the communication of updates took too long and were vague / incomplete early on. 6 days to diagnose a thermostat issue, get parts and complete repair seemed a bit excessive. Fortunately I am retired and had a second car. If I was working this would have been a hardship being without a vehicle for more than a week. I will say the repairs seem to have taken care of the problem. Just have typically had better response with other service teams I have used. Felt the experience was a little below average.
