It went well- we did have to come back a second time to get the initial problem that I brought it in for fixed (misfiring) but it got fixed within the next day scheduling an appointment online. I wished it was prioritized more than the smaller things like oil change and tire rotation since that’s why I brought it in, there is still a rough sound while driving/coasting 20-40mph, but I was told that I could either bring it in to get it looked at or wait until something happens. The initial misfiring was fixed, it was just that one thing that is different about the car before the problem occurred and I am unsure what exactly it is so I just decided to wait it out. I am also unsure if they test drove it since the Mileage In/Out was the same numbers when I received the papers for the car, and also the engine light turned back on as soon as I started the car up but had to wait the next day since they closed (which is totally understandable). The service member Ed was kind and helped with everything related to payments and helped with understanding things.
