Ken Berman was my service advisor, first off Ken is a great guy and true VW enthusiast. Ken's knowledge of my car was outstanding and he really cares about the customer. He was prompt with the appt, the car was delivered on time and I've had no problems since, overall a great experience.

The service people did a decent job, but I gave a low because I had to bring my car in twice with two different problems within a week. I don’t know if it is quality issue with the car or the technicians.
