It took 4 hours and I made an appointment… just to look at a battery. And the employee broke part of my door handle.

I called about a problem I had with a rear seatbelt not retracting and the dealer ship assisted me immediately without a charge

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation as a waiting customer. I got there prior to my appt at 2:30. Car was ready at 4:30. Not sure why an oil change and rotation would take 2 hours. They did not reset the tire sensors so got the low tire warning on my car ride home. Had to stop at belle tire to check pressure and then reset the sensor. There has been a 'reasonable' charge previously for shop supplies now they add some other unknown fee so this misc fee was $35. I think this will be my last oil change at the dealership.
